Daytona, a secure and scalable development environment management (DEM) platform, has raised $2 million in a pre-seed funding round. Led by CEO Ivan Burazin, the company offers a self-hosted enterprise-grade alternative to GitHub Codespaces, providing standardized and compliant coding environments for developers in regulated industries. The funding will be used to accelerate hiring, refine product capabilities, explore partnerships, and ramp up sales and marketing efforts.
