What we collect, and why.

We collect as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

1. Who is responsible

All Good Tutorials operates allgoodtutorials.com. For anything about your data, email hello@allgoodtutorials.com.

2. What we collect

When you buy something: your name, email address, the product, the amount and the date. Payment details (card number etc.) go directly to our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store them.
When you create an account: your email and a password (stored encrypted).
When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address.
When you email us: your message and email address.
When you visit: standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) through server logs and, if enabled, analytics cookies.

3. Why we use it

To deliver what you bought and give you access to your downloads.
To send you the receipt, the download link and important updates about a product you own.
To send the weekly newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To answer your messages.
To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the site, and only the data they need:

Stripe (payments) and, for some products, PayPal or Lemon Squeezy.
Our hosting provider (Hostinger), where the site and its database live.
Our email service, for receipts and the newsletter.
Video hosting (Bunny.net, YouTube or Vimeo) for streaming course videos.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We may also share data if the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies that are needed to log you in, keep your cart and complete checkout. If we use analytics, it is either cookie-free or you will be asked first. You can block cookies in your browser; checkout may not work without the essential ones.

6. How long we keep it

Purchase records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.
Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to.
Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Messages: up to two years, then deleted.
Server logs: a few weeks.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click. Email hello@allgoodtutorials.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored encrypted, and payment data never touches our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

10. International transfers

Some of the services above operate outside your country. Where required, they rely on standard contractual safeguards to protect your data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will note it here with a new date, and email account holders if the change affects them.
