The terms, in plain words.

By using allgoodtutorials.com or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. Please read them.

1. Who we are

All Good Tutorials (“we”, “us”) publishes software tutorials and sells digital products (video courses, PDF guides, toolkits and bundles) through this website. Contact: hello@allgoodtutorials.com.

2. General information, not professional advice

Everything on this site, free or paid, is general educational content about software and devices. Apps change, and a step that was correct when we tested it may look different on your version. Back up your files before following any tutorial that changes settings, moves data or edits a website. We are not affiliated with Microsoft, Google, Apple, Canva, OpenAI, Shopify or any other company whose products we teach; their names and logos belong to them.

3. Your account and purchases

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you need to download and use the product.
After payment you get immediate access. Files are yours to keep for as long as the site exists.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Licence: what you can and can’t do

When you buy a product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.

You can download it, print it, use it on all your own devices and edit toolkit files for your own use.
You can’t share, resell, upload, redistribute or publicly post any part of a product, or use it to build a competing product, course or service.
Group, gym, studio or corporate use needs a separate licence. Email us.

5. Refunds

Every purchase has a 30-day, no-questions refund. Full details are in the refund policy.

6. Updates and availability

We update products over time and you get updates free. We may retire a product; if we do, your existing download stays available in your account. We aim to keep the site online at all times but can’t promise uninterrupted access.

7. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site (text, video, images, PDFs, templates, the All Good Tutorials name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source.

8. Reviews, comments and messages

If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to publish it (with your first name and context, unless you ask us not to). Don’t send anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share.

9. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, products or tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Unless clearly marked, links are not paid or affiliate links.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its products, including from following any tutorial, or from data loss, account lockout or changes to a device or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca, unless consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
