The terms, in plain words.

By using bizatweb.com or buying anything on it, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. Please read them.

1. Who we are

BizatWeb (“we”, “us”) publishes training on selling online and sells digital products (video courses, PDF guides, toolkits, bundles and an all-access pass) through this website. Contact: hello@bizatweb.com.

2. Education, not a promise of income

Everything on this site, free or paid, is general educational content about running an online business. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. We show what we did and what it cost; what it does for you depends on your offer, your market, your budget and your work. We make no promise of income, sales, traffic or any other result, and any figure you see on this site is an example, not a guarantee. Running ads, opening a store or selling a product involves spending money you may not get back. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice where your situation needs it.

Platforms change. A step that was correct when we recorded it may look different on your version; we re-record when that happens, but we cannot guarantee any lesson matches a platform on any given day. We are not affiliated with Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Stripe, Kit, Klaviyo or any other company whose products we teach; their names and logos belong to them.

3. Your account and purchases

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include everything you need to download and use the product.
After payment you get immediate access. An account is created with your first purchase so you can reach your downloads; keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Single products, bundles and the lifetime pass are yours to keep for as long as the site exists.

4. The all-access pass

The pass gives one person access to every product on the site while it is active, including products released later.
Monthly pass: it renews automatically every month on the day you bought it, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the month already paid for and then stops. If a renewal payment fails, access stops at the end of the paid period. We will tell you by email before changing the monthly price, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
Lifetime pass: one payment, access for as long as the site exists, no renewal.
When a pass ends, downloads you made while it was active are yours to keep; access to the library stops.

5. Licence: what you can and can’t do

When you buy a product, or access one through the pass, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your own business.

You can download it, print it, use it on all your own devices, and edit toolkit files (templates, spreadsheets, checklists) for your own business.
You can’t share, resell, upload, redistribute or publicly post any part of a product, share your pass or account with others, or use our material to build a competing product, course or service.
Team, agency or corporate use needs a separate licence. Email us.

6. Refunds

Single products, bundles and the lifetime pass have a 30-day, no-questions refund. The monthly pass can be cancelled at any time instead. Full details are in the refund policy.

7. Updates and availability

We update products over time and you get updates free. We may retire a product; if we do, your existing download stays available in your account. We aim to keep the site online at all times but can’t promise uninterrupted access.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site (text, video, images, PDFs, templates, the BizatWeb name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source.

9. Reviews, comments and messages

If you send us a review or feedback, you allow us to publish it (with your first name and context, unless you ask us not to). We only publish reviews from real customers, and we never edit the meaning of what you wrote. Don’t send anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share.

10. Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other websites, products or tools. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we use or have tested, and the commission never decides what we recommend.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or its products, including money spent on advertising, tools, stock or platforms, lost revenue, account suspensions by third-party platforms, data loss or changes to a store or website made while following a lesson. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. For the monthly pass, changes that affect you apply from your next renewal.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca, unless consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts.
